[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Software Engineer Location: Salem, Oregon Duration: 9 Months plus Client: DHS/OHA Need Local candidate Need 10+ years candidate REMOTE : Telecommuting will be contingent upon the key person providing their own adequate office equipment and connectivity. Scope: Contractors Key Person under this WOC will support the following needs of the Operations and Maintenance of the ODHS/ODDS eXPRS application: a. Assist with identification and remediation of application bugs b. Assist with the completion of operational requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog c. Assist with the completion of the application enhancement request in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog d. Assist with completion of the performance and maintenance requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog e. Assist with the completion of the application refactoring requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog f. Assist with the completion of the User Interface improvement requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog g. Assist with the completion of the data and reporting requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog h. Transition of the concepts and enhancements to existing team members to enable them to provide ongoing support Tasks: Documenting completed enhancements to ensure complete system documentation for the eXPRS application. Completing defect and change requests for code modifications associated with the Services that impact the eXPRS application. Engaging in multiple discussions with system and business experts as well as attending daily Scrum meetings. Engaging with the ODHS business product owner to understand mandatory functional business requirements and timelines. Documenting solution options, impacted system areas, system dependencies, and gaps in system capabilities needed to fulfill requirements. Engaging with the ODHS project technical architect to understand technical standards, and documenting technical design. Engaging with the OIS technical manager and technical lead to review level of effort and timelines. Provide full transparency into the work performed by Contractor, and the Deliverables required to meet the objectives of this WOC. Sprint reports must document Contractor is successfully completing agreed-upon Services. Following Authorized Purchasers existing requirements management, design, development and issue tracking processes and development standards (including naming conventions) during the course of performance. Authorized Purchasers existing processes use Azure DevOps (ADOS) and similar tools for tracking issues and an Agile Scrum approach is followed for development work.
