Job Title: Jira Admin Location: Remote Duration: 3+ MONTHS Visa Type: NO h1 Job Description:- Must-haves 3+ years of experience with Jira administration Experience working within other Atlassian products, i.e. Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo etc. Extensive experience working in Jira Cloud platform Scripting experience within PowerShell, Bash, or similar Experience doing ServiceNow integrations Plusses Experience working with Xray, a Jira test management tool Jira migration experience Experience working in higher education Day-to-Day This person would be a part of the Integrated Data, Engineering and Application Development group and work to administer and develop their Atlassian products, primarily Jira. This person will be responsible for migrating the clients' Jira instances from an older version on-premises to a cloud environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance for over 300 users. They will be a key component in managing the integration with ServiceNow. This person will also work with other systems and servers that interface with Jira, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Slack.
