Role: Google Analytics with Dialogflow Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months Job Description: Experience in Google analytics Automation Anywhere Intelligent Process Automation Architect and/or Consultant shall be expected to perform the following duties but not limited to: Architect, Design and Develop production version of Dialogflow agent for Customer Support that is currently live (in production) at 100% traffic. Architect, Designed and Develop MVP Dialogflow agent for Customer Support that reuses the client architecture that should lead toward significant reduction of time-to develop/production (est. 50-70%) Advise Senior Management of use of Google Dialogflow and Google Cloud Platform services Develop Prototypes of Client agents using different versions of Google Dialogflow ES and Google Dialogflow CX Design and manage Clients governance process for Google Dialogflow Agent development for multiple environments/agents (DEV, QA1, QA4, PROD, SHADOW PROD) Advise Product Management on Service Level Agreements of Google Dialogflow and related Google Cloud Platform Services Suggest use of alternative Chat-UI for agent in production to speed up live deployment Development and integration of Google Dialogflow CX agent eBusiness or eCommerce experience a Plus NICE TO HAVE below: Initial advisory on use of ChatGPT in conjunction w Dialogflow CX while reusing already developed agents while increasing accuracy/functionality of the agents.
