| Importance: High Web Security Engineer # 23-02244 Client- Prudential Location- Newark, NJ - Hybrid Contract- 6 Months No h1b What You'll Do: Collaborate with the data protection product owner and team to execute product vision & strategy. Successfully provide operational support for the portfolio. Demonstrate successful subject matter expertise with the tool sets provided. Troubleshoot issues that are identified (identify root cause, research, resolve). Implement approved changes and provide quality assurance validation. Participate in agile sprint and release plans, ensure strategic alignment of work effort. Communicate effectively to key stakeholders and associates. Ensure adherence to continuous improvement practices to meet quality/time to market targets. What You Bring: High degree of proficiency with end point security tools. Over 3 years experience working in a network security role. Experience automating tasks with APIs or other coding languages is a plus. Comfortable working with the technology in a production environment. Technology certifications related to the toolset highly desired. Ability to successfully execute changes and troubleshooting with the following technologies required: o Sentinel One XDR o Pulse VPN o MS Defender (Windows & MacOS) o Solid comprehension of Unix and Windows Operating Systems Preferred Skills: o Zscaler ZIA & ZPA o Symantec DLP o Python, Go, Terraform o Splunk queries and report writing Ability to perform responsibilities as technologies change or new technologies are introduced. -- Keywords: information technology golang microsoft New Jersey |
