Hardware and datacentre monitoring specialist to provide backup assistance to the current datacentre monitoring team. Specialist will provide assistance with implementation of future upgrades and assist with daily monitoring, hardware upgrades and equipment management statewide particularly within the NCDOT datacenters in Raleigh and Forest City. Required/Desired Skills : Installation/removal & cabling of devices NetApp Storage, Cisco UCS, Switches, etc. Required 5 Infrastructure knowledge HVAC, Power - UPS, Generator, ATS Switch, etc. Required 5 Windows Server background with KVM, RDP, and basic networking experience Required 5 Monitoring software and camera systems including SCOM, Q1Radar, McAfee, and Basic AD/DHCP knowledge Required 5 PCI compliance knowledge Required 5 Familiarity with fire suppression equipment Required 5 On-call 3-week rotation 24/7 for DC - ability to work emergencies Required 5 Please send your updated word format resume along with your best contact details to [email protected] .
