The role requires the individual to interact with stakeholders and understand their requirements, supervise, and motivate the project team, allocate the right personnel, processes, and resources, and help remove obstacles. The right program manager will bring a mix of highly functioning positive energy. to the team to foster good collaboration and ensure success. Requirements: 1. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Program Manager role managing all aspects of program delivery. 2. Experience in leading large enterprise development projects with on time on budget track 3. Demonstrated success in delivery of large enterprise software development projects. 4. Understanding and working with business and IT stake holders and developing a successful and focused team 5. High proficiency in AGILE development and provide guidance and plan for a high functioning development team. 6.
