Job Title: Network Admin Work Location & Reporting Address: Evansville, IN 47708(Onsite) Contract duration: 12+ Months Job Details: Must Have Skills Datacenter Network Branch network Wireless Nice to have skills Telepresence Voice CUCM UCCX Detailed Job Description Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, and switches Expertise in Routing and Switching Candidate must have worked on ENCS virtual router deployment and troubleshooting Good knowledge of routing protocols Understanding of stack switches Candidate should have experience with new branch setups Candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in routing and switching, CCNA preferred. Ability to travel remote sites in Indianapolis region and Terra Haute for support Vendor and OEM coordination Excellent client coordination and communication skills Patching cable, power leads installation and recovery Installing, removing, or swapping equipment Locating and or identifying network circuits and tagging the demark location Support and assist in the troubleshooting and testing network equipment and components, including restarting equipment troubleshooting and patching power cables, Fiber and Copper cables Identifying a switch port location Troubleshooting, installing, and where necessary removing equipment and/or components Perform visual checks for hardware failure lights or console error messages, power status, and hardware labels and assisting with the identification and reporting of communications room environmental issues Perform MACD (move, add, change, delete) activities for end-user business LAN and voice devices, Video conferencing Maintain the Inventory of the Network Devices Manage network hardware including switches, Routers, Fiber Optics, and Wireless Networks Troubleshoot system failures to identify the bottlenecks: Network Usage and Load, Network Range, and Wireless Network Interference that could slow down the network Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on hardware and peripherals Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel UCCX Hands on experience and scripting knowledge Call Manager and Unity servers setup, tailoring and administration Keywords: access management |
