This role will involve ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of core banking systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading platforms such as Silverlake, Temenos, BANCS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc. Responsibilities: System and Integration design: Lead and develop the core system functionalities and non-functionalities including: implementation, customization, and integration design to align with the bank's strategic objectives. Process Optimization: Evaluate and design new banking processes in areas such as financing, trade finance, treasury, and insurance. Propose and implement improvements leveraging the capabilities of the core banking system. Architecture design: Lead and oversee the solution landscape the integration between core system and its surrounding (upstream and downstream) Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Banking, Finance, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 5 years or more of hands-on experience in implementing and managing core banking systems, especially in platforms such as Silverlake, Temenos, BANCS, Oracle FLEXCUBE, etc. Further competency and knowledge (as addition for conventional core banking system) regarding digital core banking system, such as: Mambu, thought machine, etc. is a plus Deep understanding of banking processes, including financing, trade finance, treasury, and insurance. Understanding on GL process and respective IFRS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skills: Certification in any of the mentioned core banking systems. Familiarity with standards and compliance related to banking systems.
