Patient Bed Matching Development, Training and Execution of Implementation Plan: Work with acute care and mental health hospitals to identify needs and gaps surrounding the understanding of patient bed matching. Present concepts and plan to the End User community. Coordinate with multiple groups across the state to execute an implementation plan for patient bed matching Conduct practice response sessions across the state. Develop and implement various KPI's so that leadership can be informed Provides successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management. Completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Works with team comprised of State technical and program staff as well as suppliers from one or more firms. Ensures work standards and reviews/resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with project requirements. Reports in writing and orally to State management as necessary.
