Contract:6+ Months

Minimum years of experience required:5-8+ years

Job Details:

Hands on experience in using observability tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Catchpoint, EFK/ELK/Splunk, Any Point, Quantum Metric (QM)/
Experience and knowledge in analyzing performance issues in application, database, network, system
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to work in a Global team.
Experience providing data/information to business leaders as needed and proactively highlight any impediments and risks.
Should be able to perform Experimental design & analysis, Regression analysis using Quantitative methods.

Detailed Job Description

Hands on knowledge of tools e.g. Service now JIRA, Root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems within complex, distributed, integrated, enterprise environments Identifying major trends in end user and system behavior. Compilation of reports based on analysis, keeping in mind the end users experience. Analyzing which data is important to the task at hand and which is irrelevant. Translating numbers and facts to inform strategic business decisions. Strong Defect Management skills and defects
