Your mission includes: Embracing Agile methodologies to analyze and document business functions and requirements. Providing invaluable insights and expertise in casino gaming practices and standards. Collaborating closely with management and team members to identify, define, and document business functions, operational procedures, and objectives. Analyzing the seamless integration of business functions with cutting-edge technology. Championing business and technical analysis to drive project design and implementation. Unearthing and documenting hidden gems within legacy application data systems. Masterfully crafting and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals. Crafting user stories based on requirements and capturing technical needs as they arise. Becoming a vital participant in team meetings and design sessions, following Scrum ceremonies religiously. Required Skills: To secure your spot on our team, you'll need to bring to the table: Three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis, with a knack for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business functions, processes, and requirements. Two (2) years of Agile methodology expertise, including Scrum and Kanban, coupled with a knack for writing user stories and maintaining a well-tended product backlog. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in crafting requirements documentation for complex projects. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: While not mandatory, these additional qualifications will make you an even more irresistible candidate: Five (5) or more years of expertise in the Casino Gaming industry. Proven experience in identifying and documenting business processes nestled within legacy application data systems. Business Analysis certifications like PMI-PBA or CBAP.
