Hi All,

Job Title: Google Admin / Google Workspace Administrator / Google Cloud Administrator.

Responsibilities:

User Account Management:

Create, modify, and delete user accounts within Google Workspace.

Manage user access permissions and security settings.

Email and Communication Management:

Administer and support collaboration tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms.

Ensure users can effectively collaborate and share documents within the organization.

Security and Compliance:

Implement security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data.

Monitor and audit user activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Data Backup and Recovery:

Set up and manage data backup and recovery solutions for Google Workspace.

Ensure data integrity and availability.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues related to Google Workspace applications and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve user problems.

Application Integration:

Integrate third-party applications and services with Google Workspace.

Ensure seamless interoperability between Google services and other tools used within the organization.

User Training and Documentation:

Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users.

Educate employees on how to use Google Workspace effectively.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred.

Relevant certifications, such as Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer, can be advantageous.

Experience in managing Google Workspace and Google Cloud services is typically required.

Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and system administration.

Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proven experience in providing technical support and training to end-users.
