Coordinating all projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them Providing strategic guidance to the delivery managers Facilitating communication among a programs cross-functional team 2.Exposure and execution level knowledge on salesforce.com, ERP integrations to systems. Act as a single point of contact for GBS implementation on all integration touchpoints and teams. Co-manage the project plan and schedule with Salesforce Engagement/PM. Be responsible for identifying stakeholders and collaborating on scheduling stakeholder activities. Define and maintain the list of business objectives and requirements to guide the team. Responsible for all GBS integration related requests, scheduling, enabling key decisions, communications, acceptance, or issues; Coordinate Customers resources schedules, tasks, and stakeholder availability for meetings; and Coordinate on-site meetings (if required).
