This includes translating engineering specifications into software designs, participating in Agile teams, and ensuring the highest level of service and support to the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Translate engineering specifications into software designs. Participate in Agile teams. Design, develop, and implement software applications. Provide support for software applications under your area of responsibility. Develop user documentation and guides. Stay up to date on software applications to ensure optimal support. Obtain necessary certifications for effective application support. Document troubleshooting instructions and drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to automate business processes. Develop business and technical process documentation and training materials. Establish and maintain relationships with team members and across functional teams.
