Job Title: Cerner CCL and Rules Location : Remote Duration: Long-term Required Quali fications 5+ years experience in support and bui ld of Cemer Millennium Extensive experience writing and maintaining Ccrner custom rules for a variety of modu les Strong Cerner CCL program i ng skill s with detailed knowledge of the Millenn ium data base structure I n depth experience i n developing / modifying / mainta ining Cerner custom mPages 5 years experience i n one or more of the following areas: CCL Reports, Ru les, Smart Templates, Requisitions, Label , Facesbcets, Wristbands, mPage components, work list, ban ner bar custom components, Discern Analytics, Powerl nsight, Custom GenViews, Olympus, and Ops Jobs Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Cemer custom ru Jes and custom mPages for a variety of modules Develop, modify and ma i ntain Cemcr CCL reports aod data extracts Develop, modify and ma intain complex custom mPages Ana lyze requests for new repmts, rules mPages, or other custom development , and make recommendat ions related to best practices Follow client 's documented Demand Management process to obtain approval for changes Build changes in a Non Prod domain, work with user to complete testing, and move to production acco1di ng to the client's change control process Provide support for projects and other special application initiatives Troubleshoot errors and provide timely and high quality customer service Document issues and solutioas Work with client users and functiona l teams as needed Escalate issues to the vendor as needed , and mon itor vendor tickets for resolution Utilize the t icket management system to track issue status and work efforts |
