Portland, OR Reno, NV Las Vegas, NV Salt Lake City UT Omaha, NE Des Moines, IA Richmond, VA Core Responsibilities: Strong knowledge into Endpoint management, Microsoft Intune Technology Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Strong technical skills in iOS mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune. Familiarity with compliance, security, and app protection policies for iOS devices enrolled in Intune MDM Prior experience of working in operations and endpoint management Advanced understanding of architecture, design, installation/implementation, and configuration of Profiles/ policies Experience in managing Apple integration with Microsoft Intune Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment/Device Enrollment Program, Volume Purchase Program Design and implement Autopilot deployment solutions for Windows 10 devices Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies. Develop and implement automation solutions using PowerShell or other scripting languages. Provide end-user support for Intune-managed devices. Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and SEC Government stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on project progress. Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption. Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance, and troubleshoot issues as necessary Required Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 8 years of Windows and/or End User Device Engineering Strong technical skills in Microsoft Intune, including device management, application management, mobile device management and compliance management. Strong technical skills in Autopilot profile creation, including device provisioning, MECM Device enrollment, and management. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest Intune technologies and best practices. Self-Motivation to meet project deadlines and goals. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field Desired Microsoft 365 Certifications: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
