Job Description - Master warranty -Serial numbers and Equipment master concepts - Service Notification - Catalog Profile - Codes and Code group concept - Service Orders They may have worked on SAP CS (customer service) to get these skills as opposed to SM which is more niche. - Repairs and Service Notification - Warranty and Contracts - Sales and Distribution - Ability to read and debug ABAP codes. - Interfaces - Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal Cross-functional leading ability across SAP and non-SAP teams Coordinate all PLC phases b/w onsite/offshore teams. - Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects. - Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts. Self-motivated and takes initiative. - Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools & processes. - Strong communication skills. Needs to communicate effectively and proactively.
