Job Description:-

Key requirements:

         Minimum of 5 years of experience (and 2-3 successful ServiceNow implementations) of experience in implementing Enterprise Service Management, ITSM in ServiceNow Engagements

         Strong functional knowledge in all aspects of Service Management and ITIL practices

         Experience working with Integrations (Web services, REST API's) and UI Designs

         Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information.

         Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business

         Experience with leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams

         Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Job Description

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will:

             Lead and execute ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

             Utilize your expertise to implement Enterprise Service Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions in ServiceNow engagements.

             Demonstrate a strong functional knowledge of Service Management and ITIL practices.

             Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on integration projects, including web services and REST API integrations.

             Provide expert guidance on UI designs to enhance user experiences within the ServiceNow platform.

             Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, sharing information and coordinating efforts to achieve project goals.

             Translate technical solutions into business-friendly language, communicating effectively both in writing and verbally.

             Lead and manage geographically separated customer engagements and coordinate activities with onshore/offshore teams.

             Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications:

             Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Service Management and ITSM solutions in ServiceNow engagements.

             Proven track record with 2-3 successful ServiceNow implementations.

             Strong functional knowledge in all aspects of Service Management and ITIL practices.

             Experience working with integrations, including web services and REST API's.

             Ability to articulate technical solutions in terms of business value.

             Experience in leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams.
