Analyze the business requirements and assist technical leads and Product Owners with defining the acceptance criteria for the features that are being developed. Hands-on experiencing developing IVR leveraging Genesys Cloud CX Architect tool. Genesys IVR Developers on Cloud platform along with hands on Java API knowledge and development exposure The tech stack is: IVR, Java, HTML, some experience within the Cloud platforms.
