| From: Sri, VDart Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Risk Manager Location - Phoenix, AZ Contract Key Responsibilities will include: Maintaining the Banks Information Security policies, standards, controls Validating Information Security procedures are complete and up to date Facilitating the Information Security response to regulatory exams, internal and external audits, risk assessments, and challenges from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line risk functions # Maintaining the alignment of Information Security GRC functions with Jenius Bank standards. Project managing the risk remediation process for IT and business functions unable to meet the Bank# Information Security requirements # Ownership of the department KRIs, KPIs, and other performance metrics Coordination with other MB and functions to keep governance language in sync with new and updated regulatory and legal requirements. Ability to risk manage any exception requests to existing security standards. Education and or Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 3 years of relevant work experience including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and cross functional efforts. Experience working in a regulated networking environment, preferred. # Proven management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with active-listening skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels. Strong working knowledge, understanding and experience in building, maintaining, and maturing effective GRC programs. Informed on industry standards and practices, and a forward thinker on new and innovative approaches. Provide vision and leadership regarding organizational design and resourcing of large, complex, and undefined enterprise-wide initiatives including all aspects of management from vision through execution |
