| From: James Smith, Yochana Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title- QA Lead with Automation Location Mountain view, CA ONLY ( onsite from day 1 ) Duration Long Term Contract 4+ years of experience in QA Testing, Strong QA and Automation background with experience in defining and planning test scope and approach, identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results. Very strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Quality Assurance. Very strong experience with Quality Control programs, especially for user-facing applications. Very strong hands knowledge on functional automation (ideally using frameworks built on Selenium + Java). Should be able to understand and enhance the Automation Framework (existing or new frameworks etc.). Work with geographically distributed business and development teams. Solid track record for delivery of high-quality products. Experience in preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goals. Experience working closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements. Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies preferred services. Develop the Black box, Manual and subsequent the automated testing plan and process for Stuff ecosystem. Responsible for both the functional and regression testing of all Stuff ecosystem releases, launches and bug fixes. Transition the Stuff ecosystem testing from a manual testing process to an Automated process (such as Selenium). Own, create and manage the execution of all test cases for all releases, launches and bug fixes. Work with BOPS- and Engineering partners to development a Test Driven Development (TDD) process. Implement an ongoing Quality Control program for the Stuff ecosystem, focused on UX deliverables. The core deliverables are: Ensure a 100% error free production environment (errors being defined as both functional and operational in terms of Stuff user journeys. Produce summary test reports for all Releases, Launches and Bug fixes and share with relevant stakeholders (PgM, Engineering team, ASM Manager). Develop, maintain and evolve the Testing strategy, Planning and Estimation. Facilitate Retrospective after each Release/Launch with recommendation to improve the next release/launch.
