Duration: Long Term Position details: The role is to lead a team of data analysts, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of clinical trial data. The leadership, guidance, and expertise are essential in maintaining data integrity, complying with regulatory requirements, and supporting the success of data management and analysis activities within the CRO. Skills and Competencies Required: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams - ability to coordinate & prioritize tasks for the DM operational and programming teams (when) in the Primary CDA role. Highly computer literate, including strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written skills Good understanding of relevant ICH-GCP Guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA guidelines Thorough understanding of the processes associated with clinical study management and regulatory operations. Ability to manage tasks, time, and priorities. Strong sense of accountability relative to Key Accountabilities in Job Description. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
