Job Summary: We are looking for Experienced Workday Test Lead / Test Coordinator with a successful track record in overseeing testing processes for Workday HCM deployments. Demonstrated leadership in coordinating stakeholders, including business testers, developers, and external vendors. Exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to plan and manage test activities. Proficient in Workday functionalities, including BPs, Datasets, calc fields, and integration types. Possesses valuable experience in complex HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations, test automation tools, and middleware like Mulesoft and Dell Boomi. Adept at creating testing plans, collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, tracking issues and risks, and providing insightful testing dashboard reports. (Contract) Location: Remote Role: - Workday Test Lead / Test Coordinator Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Workday testing experience in at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM, with at least two programs as Test Lead / Coordinator. Strong experience in coordinating with multiple stake holders like business testers, development team members, 3rd party/external vendor stakeholders, etc. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan. Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, HSPII, etc. Good to have skills Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance Experience with a test automation tool Experience in Integrations Exposure to Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and other tools used as Integration middleware Key Responsibilities Responsible for creating the testing plan and facilitating the gathering of testing scenarios / use cases. Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary. Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns. Ensures entry and exit criteria are met for each testing phase/cycle.
