Title: Enterprise Applications Specialist Location: Washington DC (Hybrid x3 Onsite) Duration: 6-month contract (C2H) Visa: US Citizen and Green Card Only Job Description: My client is desperately looking to fill this position; but they also need the right person. Here is a summary of what the hiring manager is looking for here: Someone who is a techno/ functional person They will NOT write code; but they will do some reporting (SQL) Someone who can coordinate and move things from users and vendors Understands the application systems primarily financials Any other CRM ERP is primary responsibility Will have future enterprise app responsibilities Have basic knowledge of financial processes Application with implementation experience Work with users and vendors for the ERP Mid-level NOT junior Must have a sense of maturity users who are complainers, etc Needs good customer service Coordinate and a plan so changes are implemented JAMIS is being changed to be used enterprise wise, so financials are VERY important JD Edwards is too legacy prefer Microsoft dynamics 365 financial software, workday financials , SAP, Oracle financials Top Technical skills: This is to support their inhouse ERP (JAMIS ) THEY WILL TAKE OTHER ERPS SIMILAR DOES NOT NEED TO BE JAMIS (But would be a major plus) Supporting and enhancing this COTS product Start with cleaning up and supporting JAMIS Working with the JAMIS vendor Have responsibility to take on other applications they may acquire in the future. ERP financials is required, other enterprise level applications would be great Since JAMIS is not very popular, they would consider an equivalent ERP with financial Bachelors degree Financial accounting processes Project planning and management Adding new features and upgrades Microsoft apps experience Position: Enterprise Systems Specialist The Enterprise Applications Specialist will have primary responsibility for enhancing and maintaining the JAMIS Prime ERP system with additional responsibility of supporting other enterprise applications within the organization. CIPE is experiencing rapid growth and is expanding its IT Team to better support its growth. Responsibilities: Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the JAMIS ERP application that is utilized organization wide with additional responsibility of supporting other enterprise applications. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs, analyze them, and implement solutions to meet those needs. Seek input from business stakeholders and work with applications vendors on the design, configuration, and implementation. Develop project plans, including resources timelines, budget, and risks. Review applications configurations, access controls, integrations and recommend improvements. Work with vendors to perform upgrades and deploy new features as required. Establish/refine processes for intake and tracking of user requests. Conduct basic troubleshooting related to application functionality, and route to vendor support as necessary for resolution.
