Role: SAP Cutover Manager Location: Remote Duration: Long term Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover plan, including detailed timelines and dependencies, to ensure a seamless transition to the new SAP environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business process owners, and external vendors, to identify and mitigate potential cutover risks and issues. Coordinate and lead cutover rehearsals to validate the effectiveness of the plan and address any identified gaps or areas of concern. Establish clear communication channels and escalation paths to keep stakeholders informed of cutover progress and status updates. Manage the allocation of resources, both internal and external, required for cutover activities, including testing, data migration, and system go-live. Develop and execute contingency plans in the event of unforeseen issues or challenges during the cutover process. Conduct post-cutover assessments to evaluate the success of the transition and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the cutover process.
