Position Summary: This role entails delivering premium software support and services to mainframe clients in the context of Mainframe IMS systems. Reporting to the Senior Manager Mainframe Database, the primary responsibilities include: Key Areas of Focus for this Role: Customer Service: Responsively fulfill customer service requests from mainframe z/OS clients concerning IMS and associated OEM software products. Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary support resource for resolving issues related to IMS and associated OEM software products. Availability: Provide support on a 24/7/365 basis, catering to multiple time zones to ensure uninterrupted assistance. Software Installation: Execute efficient installation of OEM software products in accordance with Ensono standards and best practices, emphasizing productivity and scalability. Customer Migration: Play a pivotal role in facilitating customer migration services, particularly during the transition of new customers, ensuring the seamless transfer of IMS and related OEM software products. Project Assistance: Collaborate with the assigned project manager to expedite the migration of newly acquired customers, ensuring that technical challenges are promptly addressed to maintain progress as per the transition timeline. Disaster Recovery: In collaboration with Disaster Recovery Services, proficiently carry out tasks pertaining to a customer's disaster recovery plans. Schedule Adherence: Maintain a well-organized schedule that optimizes resource management and enables timely implementations.
