Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Position Type Contract Location MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota Remote Work Partial Branch Primary Skills Salesforce Notes Required Skills Job Description Required Skills: Salesforce Admin, and Marketing Cloud experience Requirements for Submission: 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. 4-5 years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator or developer. 4-5 years of experience using Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Mobile Studio. 4-5 years of experience implementing full life cycle projects in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Day-to-Day: 30% time dedicated to Marketing Team 40% time dedicated to marketing functions in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud for Business Lines 30% time dedicated to Salesforce Administration Manage the administration and configuration of the Marketing Cloud platform. Responsible for design and technical implementation of solutions using the Marketing Cloud platform of products. Translate business and marketing needs into well-designed solutions. Collaborate with internal IT teams to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation. Optimize Marketing Cloud configuration and solutions for efficiency and simplicity. Develop, improve, maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures. Continually improve the Marketing Cloud data model and architecture. Develop responsive email templates. Partner with Marketing Team, Compliance Team, and Collaboration Team to ensure Marketing Cloud features and settings enable effective marketing strategies, and meet marketing and industry regulations as well as company policies Implement and maintain a Marketing Cloud Salesforce Integration Support administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems Partner with Salesforce Team members in tailoring Piper Sandler & Co. Salesforce Platform experience, including Groups configuration, Profile Template configuration, Platform monitoring, Workflow administration, Integration administration, and flow builder. Meet with Marketing Team and Business lines to understand business needs. Partner with various groups to design and implement solutions. Advise Marketing Team and business lines in Marketing Cloud best practices Create reports and dashboards within Marketing Cloud and Salesforce to analyze marketing initiatives and contact-engagement Other related duties as assigned. Overview: Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud systems Experience in performing upgrades, Org Refreshes and ensuring successful Marketing Cloud integration In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products and their functionalities Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect, Personalization Builder, Social Studio, Interaction Studio, Journey Builder, and Advertising Studio. Experience using Journey Builder with thorough understanding of Audience Builder configuration. Working knowledge of AMPscript and Guide Template Language. Working knowledge of Front-end development building CloudPages using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript. Working knowledge of SQL. Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud's contact data model. Current on the latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s). Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and systems. Ability to teach and coach business teams on how to best use Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ability to translate technical solutions from business requirements. Excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically to resolve issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have: Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification or Salesforce Developer 2 years of experience with Amp scripting and content builder. 2 years of experience in agile/SCRUM practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) 1 year of experience with Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX, Visual Force).
