Start ASAP Title Data Lead Industry Titles Senior Data Engineer or Senior Data Analyst Responsibilities 1. Collaborates with multiple teams (business and project) to understand and identify data related requirements and incorporate them into workplan. 2. Work closely with project managers and IMO to contribute to overall project plan. Provide routine updates on progress, issues, risks. 1. Work with business and IT to map and troubleshoot integrations. 1. Producing data collection and load specifications and carry out data loading and confirming accuracy/integrity of data load processes. 2. Ability to map data from a source system to a destination system including data cleansing. 3. Support and facilitate transition of data into multiple target systems. 4. Performing the day-to-day running of workstream/team and delivery of milestones. 5. Perform data cleansing, harmonization, and enrichment activities. 6. Plan periodic and ongoing data refreshes of transactional and non-transactional data 7. Contribute to planning and execution for multiple testing cycles as well as final conversion into production environments. 8. Contributes to the analysis and design of data-related integrations. Skills / Experiences 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineer, or similar role 2+ years of experience working with data architecture principles and practices. Experience in system integrations. Proficiency in data analysis tools/programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar, and experience with data visualization Bachelors or masters degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, ETL, data warehousing, structured, unstructured, and transactional data. Data validation and cleansing The ability to collaborate with business partners at all levels throughout the organization. Demonstrated ability to think logically in solving problems and present recommendations with clarity in verbal, written, and graphical form. Preferred experience 1. implementing MDM solutions 2.
