The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management with a special focus on steering and interdepartmental collaboration. You'll need to wear many hats, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are critical! We are looking for a dynamic collaborative personality that can champion the cause of Agile within the organization. The individual needs to have a consistent track record of successfully delivering value for their customers in a fast-paced environment along with successful management of customer expectations. Although remote you could be asked to be on site in their NY or NJ occasionally. 10+ years of relevant experience managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools/approaches Hands on experience working with the Brightcove platform Demonstrated experience working with and influencing the highest levels of leadership Agile project experiences a MUST Ability to drive a program from end-to-end - from leading and driving the strategy / business case development for governance approval to organizing an implementation plan to relentlessly managing that plan to deliver the final program objectives Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to make connections across workstreams in a matrixed organization Excellent planning and organization skills. Proven expertise in planning, estimation, resource management, project tracking, scope control, risk and issues management as well as stakeholder relationship management. Empowered self-starter comfortable to take the lead and managing multiple initiatives with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams Preferred Prior experience in or working for Executive Leaders and their respective offices/leadership teams Prior experience in Consulting, Technology, or technology implementations Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Highly Qualified Applicants will have: Relevant experience within the media & entertainment industry Experience working with AVOD, TVOD and SVOD Familiarity with platform specific design guidelines and partner integrations Keywords: New Jersey New York |
