Project is called BEACON. I think the TN project might be Families First As a Senior Business Analyst, you will perform technical-based activities related to existing and new processes. You will validate and document system and end-user requirements. You will drive client UAT and collaborate with other teams on a new SNAP/TANF eligibility system. Responsibilities Working with clients to validate the system and end-user functional requirements. Translating needs to developers for design, development, and implementation. Driving the processes for requirement solicitation, documentation, and hand off from business users to technical development team. Leading joint application design sessions between internal and/or external customers and Information Technology Teams (IT). Defining and documenting business requirements for a new SNAP/TANF eligibility system to meet customer and operation objectives. Running queries, execute testing, and performing basic system analysis, RCA, defect validation, etc. Creating mapping documents for interfaces to include business rules, transformation, and DB mapping. Acting as a lead interface between the client and development team during all stages of development. Conducting system functional demonstrations. Requirements Have experience with eligibility and benefit administration or public assistance including SNAP and Cash Assistance. Be able to execute test scenarios, document and validate test results, and support test plan development. Be able to review requirements, create functional requirements documentation, and create a Requirements Traceability matrix (RTM). Have proficiency with MS Office Suite, and SQL. Have experience with defect tracking and version control tools like Jira, SharePoint, DevOps, etc. Be able to assess current functionality available in a product. Have a B.S. in Business Administration, English, Information Management System, Finance and Accounting, Government, or equivalent degree. Have a minimum of 3 years or relevant experience working in business process documentation, customer service environment, and supporting IT business processes.
