| From: Mohd Niyaz, Sibitalent Corp [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Title: Jr. Product Manager Location: Hybrid- Princeton, NJ Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa: Any Except H1 Rate: $45-$50/hr on C2C Role Description The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing tactical implementation of marketing programs designed to drive brand awareness, increase adoption, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives. This position will report to the Associate Director Digital Medicine. The position requires a highly motivated individual that can work efficiently with cross functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and accomplish complex deliverables (e.g., brand planning, POA development, brand communications, Veeva submissions, CRM etc.) o Plan, identify, create, and produce promotional materials, programs, and activities needed to support brand strategies to meet business objectives. o Collaborate with agency partners in the execution of strategic and tactical plans o Effectively work with Promotional Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance (PRC) partners to seek timely approval of promotional tactics Qualifications: o B.A. or B.S. degree; MBA preferred o Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmaceutical HCP & Consumer marketing experience or relevant industry experience o Experience in multi-channel marketing, omni channel marketing for HCP and Consumer o Proven business analysis skills o Proven agency management skills (for example, managed the agency of record, etc.) o Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, promotional compliance, and medical review processes o Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills o Strong leadership skills to lead teams o Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment o Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced in business/marketing plans, strategies, or significant projects o Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks to meet project deadlines.
