Minimum 3 Full Life cycle Oracle Cloud OTC implementations. Hands on experience in Order to Cash, Shipping and Inventory modules Implementations. Experience with OM integration with EDI, 3PL and edge apps such as Global trade compliance. Experience with CRM and Service application is a huge plus. In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud capabilities / functionalities to drive to-be solution to meet business requirements. Ability to conduct efficient workshops to understand & document business needs and perform fit/gap analysis with Oracle functionality. Propose alternate solutions based on industry leading best practices. Ability to identify gaps and present solution options with pros and cons for critical gaps / issues and make recommendations. Provide thought leadership to clients and manage internal development teams and testing teams. Strong problem-solving skills to identify current issues / problems and develop practical solutions. Experience with root cause analysis leading to changes in configuration, data issues corrections, process optimization, integration error correction procedures. Experience writing configuration documents and functional specifications for RICE objects. Document business scenarios & test scripts and support CRP, SIT and UAT testing cycles.
