SAP FICO functional Management & Support 100% 2. Effectively manage FICO & PS module. 3. SAP FICO configuration, Unit Testing and related documentation 4. Work with ABAP/PI team to conclude the required developments 5. Handles Break / Fix emergencies 6. Works with business Subject Matter experts to make sure that the system is meeting business needs in a standardized fashion. 7. Consults the business on how to use SAP functionality. Generic Managerial Skills 1. Extensive experience and learning in SAP Basis modules with PI and interaction with the client SMEs. 2. Dynamic experience of working in a team which is spread out geographically. Technical/Functional Skills: 1. At least 2 SAP end to end implementation experience as SAP FICO consultant in Construction or similar industry. S4 HANA implementation experience is preferred. 2. 8+ years of experience in SAP, including experience in construction based customers. 3. * PTC = It is preferable to find SAP functional consultant with SAP FI + SAP PS functional skill, with primary focus on SAP FI. 4. Configuration experience in SAP FICO. 5. Perform FICO design, testing & training. 6. Knowledge of key integration points with other modules related to FICO e.g. MM, WM, SD, PP, PS, PM etc. 7. Analyze & Support FICO business processes and users. 8. Write programming specifications and work with developers. 9. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 10. Problem solving skills. 11. Business Acumen. Experience Required: 1.Construction/Manufacturing industry background 2. SAP FICO/S4 HANA certification 3. Experience with other SAP modules like MM, WM, SD, QM, PP, PS, PM 4. Technical (ABAP/PI) Knowledge/basic understanding. 6. Hand on experience with Cloud ALM. 7. Azure cloud experience.
