Position: Oracle HCM Deployment SME. Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+months Job Description: We are looking for an Oracle HCM Deployment SME to join our team and help us implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading the deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management and Learning. You will also provide training, troubleshooting, and optimization services to ensure the best user experience and business outcomes. As an Oracle HCM Deployment SME, you will: Work with our core business SMEs and technology teams to develop initial designs for configurations, configure prototypes, and lead configuration workshops for the Oracle Cloud solution Provide thought leadership and hands-on technical configuration/development as needed Implement at client sites Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM modules Manage and deliver conference room pilots Analyze client-reported Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or CRM issues, and resolve them in a timely and professional manner Demonstrate experience and expertise in designing and executing tests and implementation and in internal communications and senior management To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or related applications Experience in configuring the business processes in HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management and Learning Experience in working with Fusion upgrade Experience in various reporting and data analysis tools like Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SQLPlus Experience with Linux or Windows operating systems Experience with Agile methodology Experience with ERP software such as ERP One EPM Knowledge of HR function and processes, best practices, HRMS business processes, human capital management systems and their capabilities Knowledge of HCM Cloud Configuration, System Approval types, Approvals and alert notifications to support users If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you Thanks & Regards, Yashwant Singh US IT Recruiter, DMS VISIONS Inc. 9726455050 | dmsvisions.com/ | [email protected] 4645 Avon Lane, Suite 210, Frisco, TX 75033 Keywords: information technology Texas |
