I sincerely appreciate your time Position: Sr. Network Security Lead L4 - 13 -18 Years of experience in Network Security Locations: Irving, TX Day 1 ONSITE L4- Network Security The L4 would be leading the implementation, design & Level 4 support for steady state team. Candidate should have in depth experience in handling complex Network Security design & implementation. Candidate should be strong in understanding SLA, KPI, PI, Reporting requirements. Design, Implement & manage solution to meet the contract requirements. Skills Required (13 -18 Years of experience in Network Security) Skill Required- Network Security, Service Management. Primary Skill- Proxy & Webgateway Secondary Skill- Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxy, VPN, URL filtering, Routing, Switching & Remote Access. Desired Certification CISSP, CISM. Thorough understanding on Network Security technologies and strong knowledge in TCP/IP routing & switching. Strong Leadership skills. Excellent documentation skill (Architecture diagram, flow creation) Proactive in engaging with customers and other internal teams. Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. High level of initiative, drive, motivation, leadership, problem solving, communication, collaboration, creativity, Customer service, quality awareness, and time management skills Expert technical skills in managed security devices Knowledge on ITIL process. Responsibilities Overall Service management for projects. Governance of day-to-day Service deliverables (SLA/KPI/ITSM Queue Management/ Health Monitoring). Accountable for all account level updates / early warning on any customer escalation, dissatisfaction to internal leadership. Identify areas of improvement and track them to closure. Review the agreed customer reports for accuracy before the same is distributed to customers. The ability to work in a shift work environment (7x24x365) Soft Skills Shall have good verbal/written communication skills. Should be willing to work in 24x7 environments. Candidate should carry continual system improvement mind-set and able to demonstrate in work. Client facing technical analysis report and presentation skills. Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
