Please confirm your candidate is okay with that General Description The Hoosier Lottery is seeking a Temporary Network Administrator who can provide technical support as needed. This individual will also advise and make recommendations on authentication protocols, network and other significant information technology issues Job Description DELIVERABLES Status Reports Provide documented status reports every 2 weeks reflecting progress on deliverables and reporting on issues encountered. Network Diagram Produce a clear and accurate diagram including switches, routers, access points, firewalls and VPN. Physical Network Diagram Logical Network Diagram VLAN Diagram Data Flow/Data Transfers Diagram Data Flow Diagrams Review and document data transfers Maintain Network Hardware and Software Inventory Maintain Asset List with versions and end-of-life dates. Documentation Provide input on existing ISMS documentation in regards to networking processes and how controls are being met. Create Monitoring and Administration procedures for network devices/processes including: Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CICM) FIREPOWER IPS/IDS Meraki Pondurance MDR logging and monitoring Switches VMWare VPN Training Provide training on network hardware and software monitoring and administration to Lotter IT and Security staff members, as needed.
