You are requested to be at client location at least 1 to 2 days in a week Job Title: Project Manager Location: 1-2 days per week in Brooklyn NYC is required Theyre using waterfall methodology on the project so someone who is pure Agile Scrum wont work but someone with a mix would be great. Project Manager (IT) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and talented Project Manager to join our dynamic IT team. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with key team members to assist in ensuring a detailed and accurate project plan to achieve project deliverables on time. Your role will be critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. This is a hands-on role requiring heavy engagement with project team members. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in understanding & managing project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with Experis team members and client stakeholders. Participate in managing a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies. Support the identification of potential risks and help facilitate mitigation strategies and impacts to the project schedule. Project Execution and Monitoring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are being executed as planned. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report project status to leadership regularly. Assist in conducting regular project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project progress. Monitor and track progress of deliverables as per the task order and ensure completeness and signoff from client. Risks & Issues identification and mitigation. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior project managers. Prepare project status reports and other project-related documentation for review and distribution. Help in managing the expectations of stakeholders and ensure their requirements are appropriately addressed. Schedule and run client meetings (agenda, meeting minutes, action items). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in a project management role. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
