Job Duties/Responsibilities: Enterprise Network Operations - Utilize industry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients. Understand, implement and stabilize client network processes, maximize client operations, improve customer satisfaction and optimize business processes. Implement network technologies and solutions with help of client and Accenture existing network team. Document the existing solutions, assets, and process followed for network operations and management and provide recommendation for improvement of network service delivery. Troubleshooting network related issue mostly independently and seek help from existing team for complex issues. This is a perfect opportunity to improve client network environment and show value of Accenture partnership and also gather experience on managing advance network technologies.
