Standardize the Project Structure. Create common development principles and methodologies. Identify anti-patterns within the existing application portfolio. Assess risk and identify outdated libraries, applications & tools. Identify and document automation opportunity. Perform code review and code audit. Develop reusable assets (code modules) and document how to use them effectively. Integrate Pylint with code repository. Perform Security assessment (third party/libraries) & audit using audit tool. Set up warning against the security vulnerabilities and document measures to safeguard against the Security vulnerabilities. Provide Technical debt reduction plan. Standardize the packages/libraries for Data Science services. Automate software testing. Process to eliminate the inefficient practices. Synergize between Python projects.
