Duration: Long Contract Job Description: As a ServiceNow Developer with ITSM and IRM experience, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IRM and integrate ITSM/ITOM solutions. Your expertise in ServiceNow development, coupled with your knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and IRM processes, will be instrumental in driving digital transformation and improving operational efficiency within our organization. 1. ServiceNow Development: Design, configure/develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. 2. ITSM & ITOM Enhancement: Leverage your deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to develop solutions to integrate new applications within platform using existing data model and leveraging OOB capabilities of Tasks, workflows, CMDB. 3. IRM Implementation: Implement ServiceNow IRM to address Ciscos key requirements around Compliance and Risk Management. 4. Customization: Customize ServiceNow modules, forms, fields, and templates to align with our organization's specific needs and requirements. 5. Automation: Create and maintain automation scripts, business rules, and orchestration workflows to optimize IT processes and reduce manual intervention. 6. Documentation: Document design specifications, development changes, and configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. 7. Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging ServiceNow trends to recommend and implement improvements. work independently or as part of a team.
