Hi Team, We are seeing many fake profiles in recent times and there are very few vendors who are doing proper validation of candidate experience , education, visa, etc. if anyone is not adhering to the below mentioned criteria then we will not consider those profiles. Please use the below format for your submission, Subject Line:- Candidate name_ position name_ location _Client Linkedin: Please check LinkedIn carefully- Note:- Please check for the year in which they created/joined LinkedIn Profile. To check that, go to anyones LinkedIn Profile, click on More button, click on About Profile and see when the candidate joined LinkedIn. LinkedIn started becoming popular in 2006/2007. If someone claims they have 8 years experience now, which means they must have started working from 2015/2014. Even if they did not join LinkedIn that time, probably they would have joined in 2016. But, if someone joined after that or in 2021 or 2022 in this scenario, they are fake profiles. ATTACH resume Attach ID proof(its mandatory to for all candidates , if someone is saying that they cannot share then take to them on video ask them to show their id proof and then you can take that screenshot and share that with us) , Also we need front and back od IDS.
