WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Recent GCP Cloud Operational Skills gained through current or previous job assignment (at least 2-3yrs of experience) Relevant work around improving business processes, products, and services within GCP Cloud. Experience setting up virtual networks in GCP cloud Experience working with remotely located teams providing centralized/global services. Should have experience solving problems, finding the root cause, and stopping the same issues from happening again Experience working with Ticketing Systems (the client uses JIRA, but they are open to people who have worked with other similar tools) Supreme Consumer/Customer Service Skills. WHAT YOULL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Working with Incidents / Jira Service Desk (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Level). Working on Tickets is your contribution.
