Facilitate the definition of program goals, participate in project scoping, and hold overall responsibility for delivery of programs associated project deliverables in collaboration with Project Managers, Analysts, C-suite executives, business stakeholders and SMEs. Build, manage and track program plans through execution Compile reporting documentation to monitor, track and prioritize deliverables Monitor and update resource allocation needs across programs tasks Monitor overall program progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of simultaneous initiatives Identify program risk, dependencies, and mitigation plans to minimize impact on deliverables Lead meetings related to program/project status, risks, issues, action items, or change controls Effectively communicate relevant program information and provide direction to stakeholders Coordinate activities across different organizational functions Education/Experience/Skills: 5+ years of program management experience using project/program management methodologies Insurance industry experience, with experience managing Policy Administration System (PAS) projects is required (background with Insurity, Coherent Spark, and/or OnBoard BMS is a plus) Expertise utilizing an array of Project and Program Management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite (esp. Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Strong organizational and excellent written and verbal communication skills Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve issues, and make informed decisions Strong ability to function in a fluid environment with shifting priorities and demands Ability to direct others in a non-reporting relationship Bachelors degree in Business or a related field desired.
