| Senior Postgres DBA Purely REMOTE / Client is in Chicago Qualifications Bachelors degree and 4 years of relative experience, Master's degree and 2 years of relative experience, in an IT field in lieu of a degree At least 5 years hands-on experience in database infrastructure tasks on Linux/Unix operating systems with demonstrated experience in each of the following: Installing databases preferably on-premise and Cloud PostgreSQL Designing/developing/maintaining database schemas Converting database schemas from on-premise DB2 or Oracle databases to PostgreSQL database structures Writing data conversion scripts from on-premise DB2 or Oracle databases to PostgreSQL database structures Developing, writing, and testing of Linux or Bash scripts for startup, shutdown, backups, database scripts, and other scripting as required At least 3 years of experience in database administration tasks such as DB analysis, maintenance, development, and reporting Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Thanks and Regards ABHISHEK SINGH Recruitment Specialist Intellectt Inc E: [email protected] -- Keywords: database information technology |
