Role: Sr. DevOps Engineer Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid if hired in SFO)Experience: 10 to 15 Years, Must Have: 1. Mobile Platform Expertise (iOS and Android): Possess a deep understanding of mobile development frameworks, tools, and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with developers to optimize the build and deployment processes. 2. Jenkins/Github Building pipelines 3. Kubernetes. Docker, FastLane, MS App Center Experience deploying mobile apps. This is a 100% mobile (ios and Android) app based project 'Should have experience of 8-12 Year covering CI/CD(Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI), Docker, Kubernetes, Fastlane, MS Appcenter, Xcode, Android Studio, Ansible, Terraform Design and Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Create and maintain robust and efficient CI/CD pipelines tailored for mobile applications across multiple platforms (iOS and Android). This includes automating the build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes. Mobile Platform Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of mobile development frameworks, tools, and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with developers to optimize the build and deployment processes. Automation and Infrastructure: Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code scripts and tools for automating the provisioning, configuration, and scaling of resources in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Version Control and Collaboration: Manage version control repositories (e.g., Git) and implement branching strategies that support parallel development while maintaining code quality and stability. Monitoring and Performance: Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of mobile applications and associated infrastructure. Continuously optimize application performance and responsiveness. Security and Compliance: Work with security teams to implement best practices for securing mobile applications, data, and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to build failures, deployment problems, and other operational challenges. Provide technical support to development teams when needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and mobile development automation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
