From: Sonali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Project Manager (Application Development) Visa: USC only Duration: 6+ months Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in a week) (Locals or nearby) The selected candidate will spend their first 6 weeks (orientation) onsite, 5 days a week, in our Boston office. After this orientation period, the selected candidate will be in a hybrid onsite schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week at the same Boston location. The role could revert to full time onsite in Boston 5 days per week at any time. The selected candidate must be fully vaccinated. Candidates will ONLY be considered if they live within a two hour drive to Boston and are committed to working onsite in Boston. The hours for the position are 8:30am-5pm. Technical Requirements: Five years of consecutive project delivery/management experience within the last eight years will be considered in lieu of the education requirement for highly qualified candidates. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office including MS Project and Visio General knowledge of data center technologies, cyber security concepts and tools Familiarity with web applications, Microsoft .NET architecture, and relational database concepts Solid understanding of UX principles Experience with projects involving regulatory or legal requirements definition preferred Qualifications: Proven experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies Experience with and knowledge of various project management and issue tracking tools, including MS Project & Jira Proven experience driving continuous improvement program focused on project selection and execution Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate both business and technical objectives from multiple perspectives including client view, internal development view, operational, and support view Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding record of expertise in technical communications and security principals Experience developing and delivering timely status reports so that both members of the project team and executive stakeholders are aware of project progress and changes in scope or schedule Proven experience balancing the requirements and deadlines set from stakeholders with the prioritized backlog of the Engineering teams Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, change management Experience developing full-scale project timelines, plan and track dependencies and critical path items to keep project on time The candidate must have demonstrated experience leading projects following a set of security and general system policies Ability to visualize, capture, and describe networked systems and workflows Skilled in problem analysis and creative problem-solving approaches that optimize quality deliverables Must be self-directed and able to excel in a leadership role Thanks & Regards Sonali Kumari Technical Recruiter KPG99, INC Keywords: user experience microsoft Massachusetts |
