Title: IBM Data Stage Administration Support Location: Everett WA, Bellevue WA, Sandiego CA, West Coast Duration: +12 Months Experience: 8-10+yrs Note: Need Only GC & US Citizens Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: CPAC monitoring Log monitoring Autosys/wag job monitoring/scripting Project backups (move the AFS for long term storage) ODBC modifications/git check-in Job unlocks Operations Console Passwords for product accounts (isadm, dsadm, xmeta, dsodb, db2inst1, db2fenc) Knowledge Base creations Work with the citrix admin group for any datastage client issues or installations. Troubleshooting the issues with project teams and IBM. Compliance and updates Security and vulnerability patches for product Infosphere and Linux Infosec Vulnerability patches BSA blockpoint implementations/patches Manage Access Control Policy, Account reconciliation, DFAR's, NIST-800, SCR, etc. PMR creation ( bundling the files/log, getting devloper in touch, appling the patch) Attending program CB's, TRB's, and SP&IT Configuration Log (dsenv, uvconfig, odbc, etc. ) Tech Insertions (OS, DB2, TD, Oracle, Hardware, PowerHA, DS fix packs, PMRs, Citrix Clients, SE) Tech Insertion Plan to keep environments in sync. (Roll forward the PMR's that pass in lower environments) DSSH shell( changing VOB to type 30, TZ patch, DSJob reindex, releasing locks) Security: Project access security in WAS ( using groups ) Project access in the DS Administrator Client for the group setup in previous step. Project creation and setting defaults for tunables.
