| Hi, Please find job description below; Visa: No H1b, TN Important: Need local to MI state with local DL as proof Excellent comm skills is must Any project candidate has done in the past in MI state is huge plus Need strong LinkedIn with good number of connections and profile picture The more senior candidate with strong LinkedIn the better chance to get shortlisted for interviews Title: .NET Developer Duration: 6-12 months Location: hybrid in Dearborn, MI Mode: 2 rounds video ( strong possibility of assessment test then only 1 round video ) Comments: Still interviewing for the .NET Dev. on his team. It is pretty specific for what he is looking for. Very few vendors are focusing on those specific details. He is getting more fullstack. Ideally he is looking for someone really strong with Azure Dev Ops experience and setting up CICD pipeline releases. Not just familiar with it but need to have implemented the pipelines. Getting the data from storage facility and taking it up through to the end. Usually the .NET Devs are pretty strong with SQL, which is good but not the most important thing for this opening. Still interviewing this week, IV set up for tomorrow. Certain key things he looks for in resumes, "worked with" or "used" does not give him the confidence they are strong enough with the skill listed. 2-5 years experience ideally in AZURE DevOps. He knows since AZURE is newer for his company, he wants to bring someone in who is more familiar with it so they can hit the ground running. Open to seeing resumes through the week, unless the IV tomorrow goes really well.
