Job Description: Project Manager ( Procure to Pay) Location- Seattle, Washington, Note:- We need to focus on profiles with 15+ years experienced who have been a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst in Procure to Pay process and has done Program Management before . Role Details & Responsibilities Partner with the project leads and business stakeholders to ensure overall project requirements are met successfully. Lead Procure to Pay project track, ensuring the technology solution aligns with business needs and requirements Lead regular meetings and keep team members informed, provide guidance and direction to sub-track leads and team members Collaborate closely with project leads and stakeholders. Ensure cross-track discussions between core team members and their respective touch points in other teams. Report progress, escalate risks or issues in a timely manner to project leadership team Work with Business Project Leader to secure commitment of project business resources, including the appropriate SMEs (subject matter experts) Help define project benefits and metrics to measure success Take an end-to-end view; wear a big Weyerhaeuser hat, including consideration of all tracks and projects running in parallel and the implications to this project Lead business control efforts for their assigned track, partnering with the Business Process Owners and Internal Audit Partner with Change Management leads to define and implement change management plan using the WY standards Help champion this project to the business users and ensure that the business aligns itself to the new system through proactive communication activities Identify change impacts, the creation of change network / champions, and identification of trainers Support Design Activities Lead and conduct design workshops for their specific track Ensure all business requirements for their specific track are identified and documented; with high-level process flows Align decisions with business goals, business process performance metrics, and technology/data governance roadmaps Initiate and drive completion of any key decision documents (KDD) identified for their specific track in collaboration with their IT track lead; Sign off on all KDDs in their track Inform Build Activities Review and approve functional design specification (FDS) documents and configuration design documents (CDDs) Ensure testing covers all possible business scenarios; assist in build of regression testing scenarios Review and approve Functional Unit Testing (FUT) to ensure build meets business requirements Testing Requirements Ensure test scenarios are complete and representative of business requirements Coordinate testing with sub-track leads including identification of key users to perform Integration testing and User Acceptance testing to ensure system and process readiness Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare Review and participate in cutover plans to ensure all necessary steps are captured Represent their specific track in go/no-go discussions Support Hypercare activities for their specific track Represent and own their specific track and its successful introduction into the organization -- Keywords: information technology golang Wyoming |
