As a DBA, you will play a critical role in managing our MongoDB databases and working closely with development teams to ensure efficient database integration into Java-based applications. Key Responsibilities: MongoDB Management: Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases. Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficiency. Implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues promptly. Stay updated with MongoDB updates and best practices. JavaScript Integration: Collaborate with software developers to seamlessly integrate MongoDB into JavaScript-based applications. Write custom JavaScript scripts to automate database tasks and enhance functionality. Ensure smooth interaction between MongoDB and JavaScript components. Java Development Support: Work closely with Java developers to understand their database requirements. Assist in designing and optimizing database schemas and data models. Provide guidance on Java-based data access patterns and coding best practices. Database Security: Implement and maintain robust database security measures to protect sensitive data.
